Do you book flights and accommodation?

We research and recommend the options that best fit your journey. The exact booking and coordination scope is confirmed in your proposal.

Are travel costs included in the planning fee?

No. Flights, accommodation, transportation, experiences and other supplier costs are paid separately from our professional service fee.

Can you plan travel for a large group?

Yes. Large private and corporate groups receive a bespoke proposal based on group size, destination and logistical complexity.

Can I add concierge support later?

Yes, subject to availability. We recommend selecting it early when you expect reservations, special requests or on-trip assistance.
